USO Expeditionary support was requested for multi-national theater exercise SUPER GARUDA SHIELD 22
The USO Indo-Pacific Region closed out our Expeditionary Operations this year with support to Operation GARUDA SHIELD. This exercise saw over 4,000 Service Members from 14 countries deploy to Indonesia to participate in the annual training. The USO was proud to support the massive undertaking, providing essential services such as high-speed Wi-Fi, cold drinks, air conditioning, streaming services, and most importantly, a place to relax and stay connected for over 14,000 US Service Members stationed at two locations: Baturaja & Balikpapan. The USO Indo-Pacific Expeditionary Operation was the final planned operation for 2022 and what a way to close out the year with a bang!
