USO Iwakuni Holiday Bag Morale Drops!
USO Iwakuni spread cheer and goodwill around the installation as Holiday season came to a close on MCAS Iwakuni. The USO team visited Marines and Sailors at their Squadrons, chow halls, and various locations around the base to distribute over 500 highly coveted Holiday Bags filled with goodies to boost the Yuletide spirits of deployed overseas Service Members. One of the locations on the USO Iwakuni team’s holiday route was VMFA-312, who is participating in the Unit Deployment Program (UDP) on the air station. The Marines were thrilled to receive the holiday gift bag which lifted their spirits while separated from their loved ones.
